EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP COACHING

Coaching is an immersive, confidential, supportive, and growth-oriented relationship focused on the executive leader. The relationship is marked by self-reflection where the coach provides the informed questions, and the client explores options, possibilities, and approaches from within. In the Executive Leadership Coaching relationship the coach and client are equals and create a trusting relationship that will yield the greatest results.

At Axion the focus is on the client’s growth and empowerment to achieve identified leadership goals. The Axion coaching relationship is ideally no less than 6 months, to ensure sustained transformation within the leader.

This service will mimic the approach of Executive Leadership Coaching. The distinction is primarily the seniority or role of the client. Many organizations recognize development of top talent through high-potential programs may be accelerated through the engagement of a leadership coach.

This coaching service is applicable for clients in a high potential or top talent program. Illustrative use cases include:

NEW LEADER ASSIMILATION

This is a unique and powerful leadership opportunity.  Using a structured process facilitated by an external agent, a new leader can accelerate their integration into the organization.

 

The Axion New Leader Assimilation (NLA) service enables the new leader to learn about their team while simultaneously enabling the organization to learn about the new leader. Unlike the coaching services, NLA is a short term engagement that can generally be accomplished in a 1-day workshop. 

 

The goals of Axion NLA Coaching are to enable open communication, develop trust through transparency and set a foundation for successful outcomes.

 

The benefits of a New Leader Assimilation Coaching engagement generally include an accelerated integration of the new leader into the organization, more effective communication, enhanced trust and increased employee engagement and retention.
