The Axion EDGE

We follow a 4 phase approach to leadership coaching.

1. EDUCATE

We meet with the client to learn about their specific situation, needs, goals. With this information we will understand the context for coaching thus enabling Axion to tailor the engagement to the client's specific desired outcomes.   

3. ENGAGE

Axion and the client engage in the leadership coaching relationship and diligently work to accomplish the identified goals. This phase is the heart of the coaching engagement and will include multiple coaching interactions. 

2. DESIGN

We develop a tailored leadership coaching plan that will be used to guide the engagement with the client. We identify the specific leadership tools applicable to the client's situation, needs and goals and we share the plan with the client. 

4. EVALUATE

Periodically Axion and the client will assess progress toward the identified needs and goals. The coach will be open to adjusting the plan as the relationship between the two parties matures and as the client's situation evolves. 

What does a typical Axion Leadership
Coaching engagement entail?

We will provide a tailored, immersive engagement to enable leaders to hone, elevate and accelerate their leadership capabilities through direct and meaningful interaction with a leadership coach.

An illustrative leadership coaching engagement program may include:

  • 1 on 1 coaching conversations

  • 360-degree assessment

  • New Leader Assimilation

  • Leader shadowing to observe you in action

  • Collaborative assessment of progress toward identified goals

  • Facilitate interaction between you and your direct senior and / or your human resources leader

  • Other tools or methods when applicable or requested by you
